Or "hello" from Nigeria.....Here is a snap shot from Dustin.(written to me)
"Things went well yesterday. We drove 3 hours to Jos. We are staying at a baptist guest house. It is nice and a place SIM has used a lot. We had a game against a high school team, it was fun but not very competitive. It is a school that Sports Friends work with. A lot of missionary kids there. Then we had a time of worship that night at the guest house which was awesome. Had a good night sleep, then we got up today, split into three groups and went and worked with three different teams that sports friends are working with. It was great. Our team had about 30 guys. It is probably the least tied to sports friends right now, but we hope we made a good connection for them. Then we just had lunch and we are off to be with more teams in an hour or so. Oh yeah, our team had to leave late today because to today is sanitation day. The city shuts all the roads and everyone cleans up the trash out on the roads. So me and a guy named Peter went into the a local ghetto neighborhood. It was a lot of fun, just walking around playing with kids, taking pictures and smiling at them with the love of Jesus. I met a mom and her two month old daughter. She was cute. And another mom and a one year old boy. His name is God Send. pretty cool. I can't wait to get everyone back over here to Africa, God really has put this place on my heart. God is doing amazing things and the people are amazing and it it a place I want to serve together. It is awesome!!"
Continue to cover them in your prayers. We appreciate all of your prayers, emails, calls, and early morning breakfast invites for the kiddos and I! (thx KJ:-)
